Oregon State University’s CSC | Kids for equality

22 Jan

As communications coordinator for Oregon State University’s Community Service Center I put together a short video of our MLK, Jr. Day Celebration event. It was my first time shooting, editing and sound production; meaning putting the whole thing together myself! It’s a first time experiment and I hope to get better as I progress onto more videos showcasing the awesome things OSU’s Community Service Center is involved with. This video showcases The CSC painting ceramic bowls with children and parents from the Corvallis community. The bowls will later be used to help raise awareness and funds for the food insecurity movement at the 2010 Annual OSU Empty Bowls Benefit held in March. Other activities helped the children learn about equality and diversity, and the event ended with a delicious lunch.
